Oil change took just over 1 hour: I had an appointment and was on time. Price of drainplug ($12) doubled from last visit without explanation. Receipt said they did multipoint inspection, but on my way home tire warning light came on. Rear tires had 22 lbs pressure each. Salt not wiped off windshield, interior not vacuumed as you'd expect from the cheapest corner quick lube. I no longer get an email satisfaction survey from them after my car is serviced (as I did for 3 years, before I complained). They reached out after they saw a negative review; they refused to discuss the issues above, but now are able to post that they "reached out". More
