Set up appointment online about a week in advance. Showed up for appointment and was asked “did you make this appointment online? We will have to see if we have parts.” They also told my wife that Showed up for appointment and was asked “did you make this appointment online? We will have to see if we have parts.” They also told my wife that when you rotate your tires, you should also balance them. Charged us $40 labor and I don’t even have a print out to show the results. Also saw a $19.20 misc charge without an explanation as to what it was. $219.00 for what should have been around $130.00 tops. Scammers in that service department. More
