Extremely knowledgeable and helpful I had a very good experience dealing with the team at Napleton Aston Martin. I found a used vehicle online at their dealership and after a few questio I had a very good experience dealing with the team at Napleton Aston Martin. I found a used vehicle online at their dealership and after a few questions over the phone made the 2 hour drive down from Wisconsin. Steve had the vehicle freshly washed and waiting for my test drive. It turns out that Steve was an expert in the particular make/model I was looking for even though it was not an Aston Martin, so the test drive covered all my questions and then some. The vehicle was priced well and after a short negotiation on my trade-in, we had a deal. I drove the new vehicle home same day and have been enjoying it ever since. This was a nice and easy transaction. If there was anything that could have been better it would have been to speed up the finance process and make sure the charges for add-on warranties were correct for the specific vehicle. This changed between the time it was presented and what was on the final agreement. These are minor details in the grand scheme but was an area for improvement. More
