They reached out to us when we couldn't make the deal happen the first time and Vince went to bat for us with management in order to get the deal done. Their car was priced right to begin with and they were more than willing to explore the best way to make the deal fair on both sides and save us money. Rick helped us with financing and we actually got a better rate than the one we had secured prior to visiting their dealership. Vince, Norbert, Dora, and Rick were all amazing to deal with, they are car people who have a passion for what they do and they have vast knowledge. This was the second dealership that I went to in order to obtain this beast of a vehicle and there was no comparison between the two when it came to service. The other dealership tried to run my credit as soon as I walked in. Before I even fell in love with the car🤔. They had NO idea of how much money I made, or the credit rating. I believe they saw my skin tone and assumed I probably couldn't afford it😂.I didn't even know what the car really drove like. That's the FIRST thing Margaret had me do (of course after the necessary stuff). I was treated with respect, given coffee, tea, Jimmy John's, snacks,etc. They washed, detailed, and installed my shiny new license plate. I'd recommend any and everyone to go and be treated to great service. More
