What started out as an impromptu visit to Napleton to confirm that they have the vehicle listed online turn out to be a great buy. When I test drive my soon to be A8, I knew that it was a nice car. After driving my A8 home, I discovered that my A8 was an Awesome car. All the bells and whistles are mind blowing, and the comfort is amazing. Awesome handling and mad speed makes me a little more eager to get up extra early to enjoy my ride to work every morning. I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Steve Miller at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati and to say it went smoothly is an understat I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Steve Miller at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati and to say it went smoothly is an understatement. From the moment I walked in, Steve was helpful, polite, kind and attentive. He even greeted my family (and two small children) warmly and gave me the time I needed to discuss with my wife and get the sign-off of my 4 year old :-) even though they were only 30 minutes from closing. My initial contact was with Sebastian and that guy is a pleasure to talk to, makes you want to give them your money! Phillip was also involved in the process and was helpful. Rick, the Finance guy, was great to deal with, he explained everything very thoroughly and was friendly, quick and detailed through the financing/closing process. I think I got a great price for the vehicle and got a decent value for my trade-in. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and the entire process. Different type of dealership Sales team and finance team all pulling on the same end of the rope. Smooth deal. Stopped in at 7:30 to look at a car I saw on Autotrader.
