Friendly buying experience My friend and I drove up to Napleton Aston Martin Maserati from Indiana after seeing online they had several premium used cars that I was interested i My friend and I drove up to Napleton Aston Martin Maserati from Indiana after seeing online they had several premium used cars that I was interested in. Once we got there we walked thru the lot and Steven came out and greeted us. I narrowed it down to two cars a A7 and a A6 both were in great condition Steven grabbed the keys for both and walked us thru the option they had and gave us his honest opinion on both cars. We took them both for a test drive Steven was great at talking thru what I liked about each one. I ended up purchasing the 2016 A6 prestige and I am truly glad I did it's a great car. If you see something you like there stop in and take a look all the cars on lot were great and at a great price. Be sure to ask for Steven Miller he was awesome to work with. More

Misleading and disrespectful experience with pre-owned team In short - misleading, lacking professionalism, and common courtesy. More detail: The dealership had a pre-owned car listed for sale. I told th In short - misleading, lacking professionalism, and common courtesy. More detail: The dealership had a pre-owned car listed for sale. I told the sales rep that the price was too high given the market value. He assured me that we could discuss price and come to an agreement - nearly a given in this market. We took a test drive and noticed a couple of red flags. The team assured me I could trust the car because it goes through their 'pre-owned 25-point inspection' process (can't remember the exact number of points). I asked for a copy of the report and it had a couple of items on there that didn't seem accurate. I commissioned an inspection from a respected third-party. The inspection revealed over $10k in road-worthy items. After seeing the inspection, Tucker called me and asked me to make an offer I requested a deduction off of the car for the amount of the repairs plus a reasonable correction in price to reflect market value. Tucker told me that we 'were too far apart'. I asked him to make a counter. He said he'd think of a number and call back. Two days later, I hadn't heard. I called and Tucker was super short and rude. He told me again we were too far apart. I requested a counter to get us closer. He then told me they will not budge from what it was originally listed at. Given Tucker's tone, I decided to call a friendly manager who had introduced himself. He told me would talk to the GM and call me back by EOD on Monday. I never heard a word. A day later, I'm searching for the same car and they had dropped the price several thousand. This was after Tucker twice told me their price was firm. Complete waste of time. More
