I bought my truck from a different dealer because when I came here to look at one nobody came up to me and ignored me. This dealer is closer to me house so I figured I would give the service dept a try for came here to look at one nobody came up to me and ignored me. This dealer is closer to me house so I figured I would give the service dept a try for a oil change and tire rotation. They took forever , they say they are short staffed but I see a lot of people just walking around drinking coffee.I was already waiting 2 hours and people that got there after me left before me. One other person had an oil change that I was here before and he left before me too. It’s not like I had a serious repair, so ridiculous . It took the service dept over 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation , it is insanely frustrating. Good thing I didn’t buy the truck from here because imagine how long that would have taken. Stay away from this dealer if you value your own time. More
