Dishonest Arranged via internet to drive an hour south to test drive a very specific vehicle. Got to the dealer, was assigned a salesman and took the truck for Arranged via internet to drive an hour south to test drive a very specific vehicle. Got to the dealer, was assigned a salesman and took the truck for a test drive. I was happy to see in large letters on the windshield that the vehicle was $16,242 off MSRP. That was on the windshield when we got there, was on the windshield for hours while we waited for the salesman to work with other customer and was on there when we left the dealership. After spending several hour there waiting we were told that that was the previous months pricing. This happened on July 20th. The truck was parked near an entrance on the grass facing the drive. They refused to honor their own signage. When I tried to contact the manager (both dealership and customer service) I was in one case sent a form email and in another ignored. There are other cases on BBB where they just ignore customers if it is not pleasant. I would not buy from any Napleton dealer, no integrity and they cannot be trusted. More
