2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab My wife and I showed up at the dealership on a Saturday morning and Joe greeted us outside, he helped us get checked in and then we explained what we My wife and I showed up at the dealership on a Saturday morning and Joe greeted us outside, he helped us get checked in and then we explained what we were looking for and that I found them on the internet. He immediately said he would go get the vehicle and bring it to us, I explained that I had several that I wanted to look at and asked if I could go with him and look at them. So he drove my wife and I over to another lot where they had a great selection of crew cabs, I didn’t count them but there had to be 40 or so. So we looked at the ones I had seen on the internet and I wanted to look at more so he told my wife if she wanted she could sit in the car to stay warm until we found the ones I wanted . We spent about 20 minutes looking once I found the one I wanted to drive he took us back to the show room and made sure we were comfortable and went back and got the one I wanted to test drive we actually looked at 3 of them and each time he went and got them for us to look at. In all we spent about 2 hours before we made are choice. Then we meet Mario he worked the numbers until we were satisfied on the price. Both these men had the patience of a saint, we couldn’t be happier! They got the car ready and we drove it home that day. 5 stars to both of them! Thanks again Joe and Mario! More

My budget was etched in stone and the manager really did squeeze blood out of a rock. I drove out in 2018 Jeep Compass including warranty on budget. I have never owned a new vehicle, I feel blessed.
