Awful Julio promised navigation or Apple play on our Jeep and we were at the dealership until 2am. When we went to set up Apple play the next day - it wasn’t available on our Jeep. We tried trouble shooting and everything - when we called Julio - he said that it’s not available on our Jeep. I played phone tag with Julio for weeks and he came back and said they could install navigation but it would be $800. As a nice gesture they would split the cost. However, that is unacceptable because I bought a car with navigation. Julia said he would get back to me and never did. I called back in multiple times. Finally requesting to speak with his boss Mario. Mario sounded like he would resolve the issue and call me back. But I have not heard from him and it has been a few more weeks. I purchased the car early Oct. julia came back w the split fee on Oct 23 and I have not heard from him since. The buying process took forever and now something that was promised with the vehicle the dealership is completely ignoring me. Very unprofessional. More

Buyer Beware We bought a car from here in September. They rushed us through the paperwork to get us out of there so they could close for the day. They ended up doi We bought a car from here in September. They rushed us through the paperwork to get us out of there so they could close for the day. They ended up doing the paper work all wrong. The license plates were sent to a wrong address and when reviewing the paperwork they charged us more for the car than the offer we were promised. Then we got the home (over an hour away) to find out one of the keys doesn't even work. We've reached out multiply times to get the issues resolved and each time we're told we'll look in to it and get back to you and never hear anything back. Almost two months later and still no resolution to anything. Half the people we talked have left the company as well. More
The worst customer service experience ever I mad a service appointment 1 week ago to bring my car in for it's first oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. When a service advisor finally greeted me, I was told that their appointment schedule got messed up and it cancelled all appointments and that it would take at least 2 hours for an oil change. I even showed him the text confirmation I received only to have my advisor shrug his shoulders, and say, "as I said everything got cancelled" I was already there so I decided to go ahead and wait. I waited 45 minutes, and hadn't seen my car even move from the spot in the service drive. I decided that it was stupid to wait and went back out to cancel my appointment. Standing there again with no assistance until someone finally came up to assist me. When I told him I'd rather not wait, and that 2 hours for an oil change was ridiculous, he just took the ticket out of my car, and handed me my keys back. All he said was,"you'll have to back out, and I'll open the door for you" Not any apology. I will never go back and all I can say is...BAM....YOU SUCK More

Very disappointed! I bought Ram 1500 from dealer 2013 and at 60000 had brakes, rotors replaced all around and flushed break line. Too many hidden fees Napleton’s Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM refused to disclose additional dealer fees (dealer prep, dealer documentation fee, etc.....) unti Napleton’s Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM refused to disclose additional dealer fees (dealer prep, dealer documentation fee, etc.....) until I stopped in at the dealership. The Dealer refused to let me talk to a sales manager, salesperson, finance manager, or anyone else who could disclose these possible additional fees. I explained that I knew sales tax and title fees are determined and payable to the state the vehicle is registered in. I was only interested in additional DEALER fees. Still no firm answer. I have had this issue with another dealer who then added over $1,650 in UNDISCLOSED dealer fees on top of the agreed upon sales price to the contract. I walked away from the deal. BEWARE OF ANY DEALER WHO WILL NOT DISCLOSE FEES AHEAD OF TIME. Please note I did not work with Tina Zamora as check off in this review. I was forced to pick at least one employee but did not see the name of the two people I talked with. More
