She alienated me by refusing to answer my questions about pricing stating: "We are willing to work on numbers, but only negotiate in store." I told her I wasn't driving in to the store negotiate on price so she basically said too bad. In this day and age of informed buyers and comparative shopping, this is not how businesses want to operate. I doubt that Napleton would condone her antics. More
VERY rude salesperson - Rafal I went in to purchase a new Cherokee before the end of the year and was met by a rude salesperson - Rafal Aponowicz. He said his name, but mumbled it I went in to purchase a new Cherokee before the end of the year and was met by a rude salesperson - Rafal Aponowicz. He said his name, but mumbled it. He started by asking if I was interested in purchasing a new car that day - I said, "It is possible for the right deal." It was December 30th and was checking out end of year deals. I said I wasn't sure about the color, so he took me outside to look at the available colors, I said that one looked nice and then left me standing there in the cold while he went in a got the keys. When he finally came back, he gave me the keys and said "take the car for a test drive and drop me off at the showroom, as I have another customer." I had no problem with that and left for the test drive. When I came back to the dealer, I handed him the keys and waited for a couple minutes to finish with the customer he was talking to. When he finished, he took me to an empty desk and told me that he needed 5 minutes to finish with that other customer. That sounded reasonable to me, so I sat down and waited. And waited. After more than 20 minutes with him or no one else from the dealership checking on me I got up and left. And again, as I was waking out no one else from the dealership even asked me if I needed any help or what I was waiting for. There is no reason to step foot inside that dealership again. I will not be going back to Napleton. More
So I bought my brand new Dodge Charger on October 17th and I have still have not been able to activate my 1 year trial of the XM Guardian service. I have called both XM and the dealership numerous times a and I have still have not been able to activate my 1 year trial of the XM Guardian service. I have called both XM and the dealership numerous times and everybody blames the other. I was working with Steve the service manager but now I cannot get him to return my calls. I've not been able to get anybody from the dealership to return my calls to get this fixed. I've not been able to activate a service that was included witb my brand new car and is even listed on the window sticker. This is the second new Charger I bought from this dealership and my experience has been very disappointing this time. At this time I would not recommend working with this dealership anymore. I'm not one that normally takes to social media but since my salesperson, the service manager or anyone from the dealership will rectify the situation I am taking it to this platform. I'm not looking for anything extra I'm looking for something that was included in the purchase of my new car. More
Do not purchase a vehicle here. They are not transparent about fees and out the door costs. After driving 6 hours round trip, and 4 hours negotiating we could not reach a deal due to the lack of transparenc about fees and out the door costs. I've never worked with a dealership that had this many hidden fees associated with a vehicle sale. This is not normal, folks!! We found a dealer close to home with a similar vehicle and we purchased from them the next day because they were clear about pricing and did not surprise us with any fees. The management here should be ashamed by the way they negotiate and take advantage of customers. When confronted with real questions about the costs and fees, they are unwilling to answer them and only say you must go to financing to find out what is included and what your out-the-door costs will be. We found a dealer close to home with a similar vehicle and we purchased from them the next day because they were clear about pricing and did not surprise us with any fees. We got a vehicle priced 3k higher than the napletons vehicle and were out of pocket 2k less than what they offered at napleton's. Scam. Artists. More
