Well , we arrive on time and the black truck is filthy with mud waterspots all over the body . So needless to say , you could'nt see the scratches, dents and dings . The saleswoman had the truck washed quickly , but then presented it with wet water spots all over . Her , a new salesman , and I dried it off so we could view the body properly. We found a few normal scratches and paint chips, but the whole passenger side of the truck had scratches [ as it had been driven through the brush or woods} . We opened the cab and there was womens hair on the back seat , a camouflage hat under rear seat, a dusty dash , and was in need of at least a vacuuming . Needless to say - a dealership does'nt present a vehicle for sale in this manner ! We figured these obstacles could be taken care of . The deal breaker came in the form of a 1495.00$ customer convenience fee , sprung on me as i tried to negotiate a price. 2 oilchanges,a car wash, and nitrogen filling for tires FOR 1500 $$!! I 'M NOT DRIVING 2 HOURS FOR THESE SERVICES . The manager was rude and refused to take of money off for buffing the scratches out and detailing the truck ! So we left angry and disappointed with ARLINGTON HEIGHTS CHRYSLER. The Mgr. had the audacity to call as we drove out of town - because he thought he could lure me back in with a small price decrease, BUT STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MONEY OFF FOR DETAILING AND BUFFING OUT THE SCRATCHES ! THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE !! More
Had great experience with this dealer. Paul Dome also helped a ton with finishing up the financing late on a Saturday, and in a snow storm! Upfront, honest people willing to work with you to meet your needs. Would definitely do business with this team here again. More

If only I could redo this decision to buy at Napleton’s I’ll start by saying that I have anxiety issues & absolutely hate the car buying process. I brought a friend who has no such issues & can even be a PITA at times, but she is a super friendly person. She was there to protect my interests & she did ask a lot of questions, which really annoyed the salesman to the point where he actively ignored her. He was working with several buyers at the same time, so we spent a great deal of time waiting as he dashed back and forth between clients. He told us that everyone received 2 oil changes and a tire rotation for a year but I was charged $234. He also said that windshield glass repair was included for everyone, but I was charged $192. We were also told that there was no bargaining as everyone pays the online advertised price, which was for the employee rate special that was going on. I was charged the sticker price, which was quite a bit more, minus a 2184.91 rebate. This is my first purchase after a bankruptcy discharge & was told I had to pay for the top additional warrantee in order to secure approval, although I was already pre-approved for a loan at Kunes in Woodstock, which the salesman disregarded and didn’t pass on to the finance guy, or they both disregarded. In hindsight, I should have just made the drive to Kunes in Woodstock. I acknowledge that I quickly signed the paperwork, but at this point felt that it was this or nothing. I desperately needed a vehicle to get to work the following Monday, my credit had already taken a hit from the inquiries & visiting another dealer was out of the question. After 6 hours, the majority of which we spent waiting and waiting, I just wanted to get the xxxx out of there. Before leaving, the salesman commandeered my phone to give himself a 5 star rating and he wanted me to write a good review while he stood over me. I hit submit instead as I felt that this was inappropriate & refused to be intimidated into writing a positive review. I called to speak to the manager before the holidays, but they would only put me through to the finance guy. Needless to say, I never heard back from him. At this point, I don’t want to speak with him or the salesman. I love my new Jeep, but can say that this was easily the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had, especially after my previous 5-star experiences with Raymond KIA in Antioch. I don’t even feel comfortable returning to the dealer for the 2 oil changes and tire rotation that were charged to me. I am grateful that I was able to purchase a vehicle, especially after one of the most difficult years of my life, which included heart issues, a job change & bankruptcy, but I feel that I was taken advantage of due to my situation. Waiting too long to get a bad service. buying a car has never been a good experience but waiting 3+ hours after we have agreed on the price, just to find out that my credit score of 800+ o buying a car has never been a good experience but waiting 3+ hours after we have agreed on the price, just to find out that my credit score of 800+ only gets me 4.5% is not right. they could have told me that to begin with. I didn't purchase the car and the rep went mad. poor guy he was about to cry and the finance guy did not help. My daughter asked me if that is the way purchasing a car works. I told her no, it was just not a good day. More
