Purchase Jeep We purchased a used 2016 Jeep with the salesman Dennis Kozell. The vehicle had 25,000 miles when we purchased it. After we put 5,000 miles on the ve We purchased a used 2016 Jeep with the salesman Dennis Kozell. The vehicle had 25,000 miles when we purchased it. After we put 5,000 miles on the vehicle apparently the Master cylinder went . The vehicle was inoperable and had to be towed in. We reached out to Dennis Kozell without any return calls. Apparently once he sold it customer service is no longer important or necessary. We reached out to service and repeatedly were told that someone would call us back. After 5 days finally we reached someone to find out the status of the vehicle. We were told we had a certified pre-owned warranty that covered the vehicle bumper to bumper only to find out that the repair was not covered. What is the point of a certified pre-own? What is it certifying? More

Specially the General manager Andrew Ramus, He personally greeted me and he made sure I am being taken care and happy with my purchase. never seen anything like that from dealer ship. Also the financing guy Mr. R J he was very good and professional and very kind and he made sure I understand what I am signing. The last Pedro was best for last I was speech less his customer service skill and follow up with customer. He called my house few days after to make sure I am happy with purchase and if any issues.
