I would definatly recommend getting your next used or new car/truck at Napleton's. I bought a new truck last year and just bought a used car from them today. Worst in Customer care If I had to do it all over I would go to a Ford dealer. This place doesn't know what customer care is all about. I was promised a call back over a week ago and I am still waiting. I have called several times to different people, all said on their voice mail they would call back. I still have not heard from anyone one. The sales person (Marcus) gave me keys to test drive however, it ran out of gas before I left. No one ever showed me anything about the Ram Power Wagon. I bought it any way based on their promises. Still no action on their part. I have purchased Rams for the past 30 years years, THIS IS THE WORST DEALER IN THE SIX STATES I BOUGHT FROM.
