Shady Dealer Bought a used car a month ago. Came in for the test drive and was pleased, we sat down to work out a deal and was told the car listed on line for $990 Bought a used car a month ago. Came in for the test drive and was pleased, we sat down to work out a deal and was told the car listed on line for $9900 is now 12,500, detail and certification fee. Said I wasn't payiing that and was ready to leave salesman asked me what I wanted to pay. I said no more than the $9900, he had me initail the paper and went to see the "sale manager". Came back with 11500, told my wife lets go. Salesman again said he would go talk with the manager, came back with 10500, before I could say lets go my wife said 10250 and he jumped on that. Bought an extended warranty that the finance guy said is evecctive when we buy the car. This is just the start. On the way home, once up to highway speed the front end started vibrating terribly, once we got it home the power steering started making a squealing noise. Called the dealer first thing Monday morning and they told me to bring it in. Got there they took the car and gave me a loaner and I went home. As soon as I get home the service manager is calling me outlining everthing that is wrong with the car. I said I had the extended warranty, and he proceeded to tell me these would not be covered by my warranty because these were all documented prior to sale and that the car was not supposed to be on the lot that it was supposed to go to wholesale. Needless to say after some discussion they agreed to fix it for the $100 deductible that the warranty copay. I picked up the car after it was repaired and most of the problems were taken care of but not all. I called again and made an appointment to bring it back. Once there I was told that they couldn't and wouldn't work on it for 2 months, once the day 1 warranty took effect. The $2500 detailing and certification fee is a farce. They couldn't have certified the car because it was too old and it was definitly was not detailed. I would have given them zero stars but the Service Manager, Steve, saved us by telling me the details of the service issues. The service writer Annie was a pro and handled my difficult wife well. We have spent $1000 out of our pockets to get the car were we want it, but we have a very bitter taste from Napleton. More
I wish I would’ve read all of the reviews before I purchased a vehicle from here. My salesman Q was very good but, everything else has been horrible, when I call I can never get any answers or anythin purchased a vehicle from here. They’re quick to sell you a car and take your money, but after that, you can barely get any help More

I asked the person on the phone that I'm interested in the Honda Civic and he said "great!". They did not let me know that someone else had already locked it in and had dibs on it! I went to the dealership, was given the keys and everything seemed great! I drove it around, went to the mechanic to have it checked, went back to the dealership and sat down to do the paperwork to purchase the car all for them to tell me it had JUST BEEN SOLD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EMPLOYEE THAT HAD DIBS ON THE CAR and nobody in the dealership told me in the first place before going through the hassle. Isn't it ironic that it so happens that the car just got sold when I had booked an appointment, test drove, went to the mechanic, sat down to do the paperwork just for the dealer to tell me 30 minutes in, "aahh sorry it just got sold to someone else" who wasn't even at the store at the time. RIDICULOUS. The employees were very unhelpful after this, I had to confront them in order for them to find me another car and the GM of the dealership never called me back when I left him a voicemail about my unpleasant experience. More

Went into to test drive a Caravan. Told the salesman I wasn’t interested in buying that day, just wanted to test drive and needed to think about what vehicle I wanted. Sales manager got involved no matter how many times I said I wasn’t buying. Refused to tell me the price of the vehicle, just gave me monthly payments. I had outside financing set up, I don’t need to know what their estimated monthly payments were. I needed to know the price of the car. I know what payments would be based on what I was told by my financing source. Absolutely refused to negotiate price or give me a price. Just horrible. More
