Many people fear walking through the doors of a dealership including myself. I called the dealership after being referred to them by a relative. I was able to speak right away to Mark who is the Sales Manager. I explained my situation and he was able to take my trade in at a fairly good price that we agreed on. Being that my schedule is very complicated, the process to buy my new truck took almost a week. The staff worked very well with me, never once pressured me to sign a thing, and was able to purchase the truck at my convenience. They didnt SHOTGUN my credit report to 20 diffrent banks, one hit and that was it. Not only did I buy the truck, but after taking delivery I found a very small flaw on it which Tom the General Manager took care of for me right away. This dealer is just horrible. I would recommend nobody go here! For one, they don't know what they are selling! I asked to get a spec list of the brand new 2012 car I just bought, and they couldn't tell go here! For one, they don't know what they are selling! I asked to get a spec list of the brand new 2012 car I just bought, and they couldn't tell me anything about it. They had done some upgrades on the new car before it was sold, and they had no idea what the upgrades were... They also horribly overcharged and lied about what they were selling. So for sales, I would say, NEVER BUY HERE. Then we have service. I brought my 2nd car in to get new cables for the battery put on. I told the service people "All I want done is new cables put on, nothing else". Well I come back 3 hours later to pick up my car, and guess what, new cables weren't put on! Instead the guy told me, "I saved you some money by just stripping the wires by the battery and putting on new battery connections"... That is NOT what I asked them to DO! And they 'Saved me some money'... RIGHT, They charged me $250 for 15 minutes of work(Stripping a couple wires and screwing on new battery connectors)! Never ever go here for service! More
The sales and management staff tried to sell us an after market warranty through deception by stating that "Chysler Jeep is no longer in the warranty business." They also said that the Jeep I wanted to pur market warranty through deception by stating that "Chysler Jeep is no longer in the warranty business." They also said that the Jeep I wanted to purchase had an existing powertrain warranty. Both statements were totally false. The Jeep I purchased has a cold start problem and they refused to terminate the sale. So when I called them out on the warranty issue, they were forced to "certify" the vehicle because the existing powertrain warranty expired and the after market warranty wouldn't cover a repair within the first 60 days. Being certified the dealership should of included a free three month subscription to Sirius radio. They've refused to provide me with the Sirius service and spare key by stating I was "ungrateful." The worst car buying experience ever. More

Been buying new cars since 1965 and this was as pleasant of an experience as I have ever had. All questions were answered quickly and I felt very comfortable during the buying process.
