I am one of the toughest buyers you will ever meet. As a woman, I am often appalled at the way many car sales personnel treat me as a buyer and will NOT give a good review if I come across those folks. I have purchased five new cars since 2001 and each time have gone to multiple dealers before making a purchase. I have NEVER gone in to one dealership and left with a car the same day. Joe DeGroot was a pleasure to work with. He was personable and trustworthy. He was respectful and very genuine. I came in armed with a ton of information and was not in the mood to be taken on the typical "let me see what the elusive guy in the back has to say" back and forth. Joe seemed more interested in making sure I was happy than in a commission or a "sale." I got the deal I wanted and then some, which is why I recommended Joe and Napelton to a friend who bought a car from Joe the following week. For the record, I have NEVER rated a dealer or salesperson with an all 5 rating and I bought my Jeep from Napelton even though my own cousin sells Jeeps for a living. I had expected to test drive the car, figure out what I wanted and then buy from him. That didn't happen. More
