Zero customer service I contacted this dealership no less than seven times between Nov 24-27 in an effort to purchase a pre owned Jeep vehicle I saw online. I worked for Chrysler Corp for many years and have also been in the retail segment of the automobile business in the past. Had I had the lack of concern that I experienced from this dealer I would have never had any repeat customers. I am very dissapointed in the lack of customer service I received from this dealership. If I had a survey your CSI would be affected accordingly. More

Stands Behind Their Cars 100% My wife and I bought our son a 2005 Honda CRV for his first car, and we chose not to purchase the extended warranty. After we got it home the check e My wife and I bought our son a 2005 Honda CRV for his first car, and we chose not to purchase the extended warranty. After we got it home the check engine light came on and I took it to a Honda dealership for diagnosis. There was an issue with the Knock sensor and the part with labor was going to be over $500.00! I called and spoke to Rob Adams and Doug Adams at Napleton's and they wrote us a check to cover all of the repair cost. I live across the street from a different dealership, but moving forward every car in my house will be going to Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service and repair. The staff at Napleton's AH CDJR are always courteous and care about their customers. I was blown away by the fact that they were willing to stand behind their cars, (even though I chose to buy a used car without an extended warranty.) They absolutely did right by me, and I can't say enough about their customer service. GREAT JOB GUYS! You have earned a whole family of customers for life. More
