Napelton was the overwhelming winner in all 4 catagories. I took the car in this week (2/1/2016) to have the interior/exterior coatings applied and the service was top notch. The free loaner provdied was a new Jeep and was a pleasure to drive. My car was finished ahead of schedule and all went well. So far, they have met or surpassed all of my expectations. They made the entire car buying process a pleasure! More

Robbie immedietely saw me gawking at and new he had me. I had purchased 2 vehicles previously from here and he treated me like family. When I came back to sign the papers with my wife I had to bring my kids. His trainee Tony made such an impression on my kids that they were actually excited to sit and wait for the papers to be signed. Overall I couldnt have been happier with the deal and I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to definately come work with Robbie and Tony. Great job guys!!!!!! More

I will be the first person to admit that I am not the easiest person to deal with when going through the car buying process. I always start off with my guard up, mostly because of past negative experiences at other dealerships. My sales guy was Tim Viane, and I can’t stress enough how great he was to deal with. He was able to turn my apprehension into a hugely positive experience. He gave me his complete attention, and took all the time in the world to make sure I would not leave with a vehicle that was not right for me. Cristian Dumitrascu, the general sales manager then came over to introduce himself, and was just as nice to deal with as Tim. Lastly, Bill Loannitis, the finance manager made sure I understood EVERY part of my contract before I left. I did wind up coming back the following day because I misread something on my contract, but Bill stopped what he was doing and went over my question in very fine detail. Honestly people, if you want a great car buying experience with a bunch of nice, professional folks, don’t hesitate going to Napelton’s in Arlington Heights. More

Bait & Switch... Liars and the Big Stall I wanted to share with you the miserable experience we had at Napleton Jeep-Dodge in Arlington Hts. I had emailed and spoken to "Matthew" the Interne I wanted to share with you the miserable experience we had at Napleton Jeep-Dodge in Arlington Hts. I had emailed and spoken to "Matthew" the Internet Sales Manager on Friday... gave him a Stock # and said we would be down at 12:15 to see the vehicle -- a 2015 Dodge Dart SXT listed at $16,526 after $3000 in incentives. Told him we were buying car for our 17 y.o son. We arrive promptly at 12:15. Matt introduces us to "Q" a young/inexperienced sales guy. He is given the Stock # and told to get the car. 10 minutes....20 minutes... 30 minutes pass. No car and no information. We tell the front receptionist we are going to lunch and for someone to call us if they are serious about selling a car. After 25 minutes at Portillos down the road...no call. We're now frustrated but decide to stop back at the dealer rather than fleeing. An hour has now passed and still no car. I find "Q" and unleash on him. It is now 1:15 into this fiasco and "Andy" the GM comes out, apologizes and says the vehicle was new and needed all the fuses installed... no power.... yadda,yadda,yadda. After 90 minutes since our appointed arrival, the car is finally brought around. (As we had already done 3 test drives, we deem not to drive and instead to talk price.) Again, we are kept waiting 20 minutes while "Q" talks to his managers. He comes over with the price -- $2000 higher than advertised -- some "incentives do not apply" --- and we get up to walk out. Christian the General Sales Manager runs over to try and get us to consider 2016 models -- at even a high price as we walk out after having two hours of our time wasted! These guys are losers! Eventually we did buy a new 2015 Dodge Dart SXT RallyE at another deal and are very pleased. More
