Bait and Swicth I recently saw an add for add for Kia Hybrid Optima that was reportedly fully loaded. I was told by the salesman that indeed it was fully loaded. I c I recently saw an add for add for Kia Hybrid Optima that was reportedly fully loaded. I was told by the salesman that indeed it was fully loaded. I came in to buy the vehicle and it was not to be found. After four hours of negotiating and getting financing approved I was ushered into the finance managers office to complete the deal. I told him that I am not signing anything until I see the vehicle and inspect it. Upon inspecting I discovered.. that this was a base hybrid with none of the features found in the add So there I was without a vehicle to use for work. And no transportation. I have been trying to return the vehicle as the vehicle I paid for is 4000 dollars more than the actual vehicle I purchased. I am pursuing legal action at this time as there is no one at this dealer that is taking any responsibility for their mis representation More
