How about the time I took it in prior to a road trip for an oil change. Didn't find out until after returning that the filter was not tight (oil in driveway). Dealership advised they tightened it...and topped off. Got home and checked the oil...still low!! (2 quarts!!) Seriously, stay away. I had trouble in service with both the adviser Jerome and Director of Service...Pete Sidorowicz. Do what I should have done in the first place and buy from Field's Jeep. Seriously, stay away. More
