Bait and Switch!!! We found a vehicle on line and called about it to set up an appointment. After I arrived at the dealership it went down Hill! Before I took the vehicle for a brief ride I noticed the drivers door had chips and scratches, I brought that to their attention and they said they would take care of it. After I returned back from the test drive it all started to spiral down hill!!! The sales associates, one of them in training and one that thought he would play numbers with me just wasted my time. The vehicle was advertised as "Certified" but the sales associate tried telling me it wasn't and wanted to add $1,900.00 to Certify it again, even though it was listed as such on the car-fax and on the online listing. The next step was for them to "appraise" my vehicle. Of course they wanted to give me as little as possible and still keep the asking price of the vehicle I was purchasing at list and not take anything off. So we went round and round for over an 1 1/2 hours before I grabbed my keys and left. Then the "sales manager" called me so we could discuss his type of tactics. He explained to me that the reason I was put through the back and forth harassment is because that's the way he trains his future sales associates and everyone goes through the same process. That type of training is non-sense. As a sales person you need to be able to read customers differently and treat them as individuals. But I listened to his xx and I decided to give them another try. I returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. What a mistake! Something was pulling me away from the beginning but, I just wouldn't listen!! We returned the next day to try and purchase the vehicle, we walk in and it looked like a college sorority house. All the young sales associates are sitting at the desks playing on their cell phones laughing and goofing off. We had to actually walk up to them and tell them we were there to purchase a vehicle before they even noticed us. Some of the employees were outside by the front door smoking by a sign that reads "NO SMOKING". This is a management issue starting from the GM down!! So the sales associate tells me the ding on the car and the scratches are repaired but, he didn't have paint for the chips so they ordered it and I could do it myself, another RED FLAG!! My wife looked at me like LETS LEAVE!! But no not me I still wanted to give them the benefit of trying to make it right. Another mistake!! We go into the finance office and everything seemed to be going quickly but then WHAM, apparently there was a "miscommunication" on the price and down payment! The Sales Manager had to try and make his point by YELLING AT US PARTICULARLY AT MY WIFE for several minutes and pulling out his cell phone and using his calculator and try and make us look STUPID!! The finance manager was so embarrassed that he eventually felt bad and wanted to leave the room! I walked out to calm down my wife and we decided to leave and cancel the deal. If this in my younger days the manager would have been seeing STARS! They actually did us a favor, we were so distraught and in SHOCK and couldn't believe the treatment we had just received. We left that dealership and went to another dealership in our area and purchased a BRAND NEW 2016. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and the owners of Napleton should reconsider the type of employees on who they chose to hire! More

I found a 2016 scat pack challenger at this dealer so I made the hr drive, I was treated with respect and I got the best deal. I didn't have to negotiate to long. More

UPDATE 8.17.16-Well unfortunately my original review does not hold true. When my wife and I signed the lease there were contingencies on some OEM work and apparently the work that was agreed upon and was the primary KEY closing point can be done however not to the specifications that were agreed upon. I am heading to the dealer today to see what we can do to iron this out, more to come. I am keeping with my 5 star review as the OEM manager Grayson was great to deal with and explained everything clearly. I will update this review as it unfolds however at this point I am not nearly as happy as I was when we drove the car home. UPDATE 10.2.16-Well not sure what to say here, had the DVD's installed, appt. was scheduled, equipment was on time however the installation company broke a screw that held the back of the drivers side seat on, not a big deal right, WRONG. I (the consumer) noticed it and pointed it out to the service dept, unreal, do they not check their contractors work for thoroughness? Long story short the dealership had to order another part to put everything back together however huge inconvenience to u but the work was done in a timely manner that they did follow up promptly when the part came in. What I can tell you is that we love the car however more than likely will be heading to Fields when this lease is up and for all of other future purchases. I hope this helps and I would be leary of some of these reviews, they do seem a little to pompous for a normal consumer to write. More

Best car buying experience ever. I found the vehicle I was looking for online and called the dealership. When I spoke to the sales staff they answered all my questions immediately and I found the vehicle I was looking for online and called the dealership. When I spoke to the sales staff they answered all my questions immediately and didn't pressure me to come in to the dealership to get details about the vehicle. When I did arrive at the dealership I was greated at the door by friendly staff and the car I wanted to see was ready for me test drive. My rep was completely honest about every aspect of the sale and I wasn't steered or pressured toward a different vehicle. I have shopped for many vehicles at many different dealerships and this is the first time I can say I am completely satisfied with every aspect of this experience. Thank you everyone for the effort you gave to ensure I had a wonderful experience at your store. More
