Our sales specialist, Jim Scimeca, was kind and patient, and he always treated us as friends and with respect, which is unfortunately unusual in the car business. He took his time and patiently went throughout the lot with us, looking at dozens of Jeep Cherokees. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and persistent without being pushy or overly aggressive. He even gave us a balanced comparison of Jeep with another type of car we were looking at at another dealership, which is remarkable! We came to Napleton CDJR on two occasions, and Jim worked hard each time to give us the best deal possible and to make us happy with the purchase. Finally, after we’d purchased our car, Jim stayed with us after hours until late in the evening, making sure that we understood all of the high-tech features of the car and programming our smartphones into the car’s Bluetooth computer system. We were amazed by Jim’s dedication and his kindness. Finally, Jim was not the only excellent employee on the staff. Sales manager Joe Falcone worked with us to get us a great deal without the usual hard-sales tactics, and the delivery manager, Grayson Ludovicus, was sincere, friendly, and very informative. He was determined to explain all of the details of the paperwork and he answered all of our questions clearly.
