He then showed me several cars and gave me the best advice for the what that I was looking in a vehicle and financing. Jim was extremely knowledgeable on the product. Out of all the other dealerships that I previously visited no other salesmen could explain these features nor knew this product better than Jim. I was dealing with a true professional. When it came to the negotiation it was very simple they broke it down in a very simple way without a bunch of crazy numbers to look at like the other dealerships. It is a very transparent and honest dealership and that's the reason why I moved forward with the purchase. Christian, the general manager, came out and greeted me. We went through all the numbers one more time to put me at ease, it was very easy to make this decision. After we shook on the deal all the other managers came out to greet me. Thank you Jody Adams and Doug Adams, Christian, Adam and Lou. Out of all the years of purchasing the car I've never had such friendly and pleasurable experience. More

I plan on buying a 2017 Hellcat in the spring but thought I would inquire about the 2016. The car was not the right fit, and to my surprise Anthony did not try to push the issue. This was the first dealer I ever visited and not given the "hard sell approach." I will be back to see Anthony in the spring. I highly recommend Napleton! More

Beware and Stayaway!!! WARNING**** THIS DEALERSHIP PARTICIPATES IN PREDATORY PRACTICES!!!! 1 star is a compliment!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! In the below review, I will WARNING**** THIS DEALERSHIP PARTICIPATES IN PREDATORY PRACTICES!!!! 1 star is a compliment!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! In the below review, I will explain how Napleton’s Automotive Group, ruined a life through deceit, lies and manipulation. My husband, and I came in to your Napleton Jeep dealership in Arlington Heights, Illinois in March 2016 to look at a vehicle. We had a vehicle and were not in a dire need of a replacement. We simply were looking to explore our options. We were approached by the salesman, Frank Torres. We explained our credit and financial situation and wanted to see if anything that can be done for us. We explained our top budget. We filled out a credit application and waited for any information. What happened next was complete deceit and likely illegal. Frank Torres came back to us with numbers nearly double the the budget we agreed upon. We said absolutely not as we cannot afford such a payment and we were ready to leave. Frank proceeded to use deceitful scare tactics in desperate attempts to keep us from walking out the door by telling us things like “you will never be able to purchase another vehicle”, Then he continued. He excused himself and went to talk to the finance guy. Frank came back to us and said “$XXX per month will only be for 6 months, come back in 6 month and I will lower your payment to bout half of these payments per month GUARANTEED”. Our thought process was that this would not be such a bad deal…We can handle an additional the heavier payments for 6 months. We picked out a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with the oral agreement by Frank Torres, myself and My husband. We waited for the paperwork to be finished. My husband signed the paperwork and left. Big mistake… The dealership added nearly $3000 in so called “loan accusations fees”. After finding out and contacting the Better Business Bureau, the dealership agreed to pay for some of the fees and that was settled. Aside from the $3000 in swindled fees, the interest rate the loan is at is astronomical. In addition to this initial financing nightmare, there were several repairs to the vehicle Frank promised. There were several dings, scratches, and the entire roof of the interior needed to be replaced. My husband called several times daily and was ignored each time when he tried to follow up on getting these repairs taken care of as was promised. Eventually, we were told to bring the vehicle in for the repairs, and were provided a loaner vehicle. When my husband called to check on the status of the repairs, his calls went unreturned. So, given the deplorable history we already had established with Napleton Jeep, we decided to drive over to the dealership to check on the status. When we arrived, we were told the some of the repairs were done. None of them were, the vehicle hadn’t even been touched. After much going back and forth, and about two or three weeks, and several frustrating visits later, the repairs were finally completed. Fast forward 6 months, we called the dealership and speak to Doug Adams, who has since become acquainted with us. We explained to him why we were calling and asked him when we can come in and sit down with Frank and have the payment reduced. His response was “I cannot do that”. We explained to him the conversation with Frank and he replied “Frank is no longer with us because he lied to customers” and “I cannot help you”". We spoke to Doug again who explained that although Frank lied to us to get a sale and preyed on our situation, he will not help us. His responses were apathetic, unapologetic, and without any ownership of the issue, at best. The car we bought 6 month ago has a negative equity of nearly $12,000 thanks to the lies and deceit of Napleton’s Arlington Heights Jeep dealership. I believe Napleton’s should be held accountable to keep their promise and work with my husband on a resolution that meets both of our needs. Napleton preyed on our situation, lied, added on additional fees, gouged us with nearly $12,000 in negative equity, outrageous car payments, and gave us a ridiculous interest rate. My hope is that this review is informational, serves as a warning as buyer beware to anyone who would consider doing business with Napleton's, so others are aware of Napleton’s deceptive, predatory, and manipulative business practices, and expose the dealership for the con artistry culture they enable and support. Shuffling customer problems such as this under the rug should never be acceptable, this business' reputation deserves to suffer as a result of their blatant disregard to properly correcting this issue. Terrible Experience With Terrible Staff They were very condescending, rude, and combative. We hadn't talked about the price of the car yet and the sales associate Adam had come over telling me that there's nothing he can do with price and asked what I was doing. He was also rude in the way he spoke to us and condescending when we asked questions. We then agreed upon a finance option and he came back with a higher price. After we got that cleared up, we told them that we'd like to sign that offer. Then he came back and told us that someone just walked in and was interested in the car and that they're just going to see the car to them - this was at 8:55pm and the dealer closes at 9pm. Being frustrated with what Adam did and the way they treated us, we spoke with the manager Cristian and he said he was going to honor that deal and that he would find that car for us from another dealer and get it for us. Throughout the week, Cristian never called me back and told me that he probably wasn't going to find it. I asked to speak with the owner who we had met when we were in the showroom and they kept telling me that he would call me back as well. It took a week for him to finally call me back. He also didn't apologize for his staff and told me that he was however sorry that I thought that they were rude. We went back to see if the car was still there and it was, so they not only lied about that, but they continued to lie about finding me this vehicle that they said they would honor for me. The sales staff, managers, and owner were very unprofessional, rude, condescending, and lied many times to me. More
