A complete experience I knew I was in good hands from the start. I walked into the dealership late on a Friday night, and the whole sales team went out of their way to find I knew I was in good hands from the start. I walked into the dealership late on a Friday night, and the whole sales team went out of their way to find someone to help me out. I was put in contact with Brandon and he was very relaxed and professional from the get go. After taking me out for a test drive, we set up an appointment for the next day to work on a trade. The process was easy and handled with professionalism from start to end. The only knock that kept me from a 5 star review was the length of time I spent at the dealership. I arrived a bit after 11:30am and didn't leave until 3:30pm. I know Saturdays tended to be busier, but I felt the time it took seemed a bit long. However, Brandon went above and beyond and was able to help me out and get out sooner than I probably would have if he hadn't help expedite the financing process. More

It took over 4 1/2 hours to complete this purchase and all I heard were excuses of "we are slammed" "I have only been here a month" "I have a new computer". The worst was RJ in finance. He was incompetent and very rude. Gave me wrong information to sign and then excused it because he had only been there a month. If you are not trained you should not be working with customers. Also, if it is the last day of the month and you are having a sale, get enough personnel in to handle the traffic. The lack of that to me is bad management. We were there because of contact from Jody about wanting our trade-in. He finally introduced himself once but then when our issues started occurring he was nowhere to be found. I have a friend who is looking to buy a new Jeep but I am very hesitant to bring her here after this experience. As I said,David was amazing and if it weren't for the fact he would have lost a sale I would have walked out without a car. I have purchased several cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. More
Service department deception Recently took my car for multi point inspection, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Paid for rotation and inspection. Was told I needed pads and rot Recently took my car for multi point inspection, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Paid for rotation and inspection. Was told I needed pads and rotors in front, shocks, all fluids flushed, and cabin, engine filter replaced. I declined service for a second opinion since I just had brakes done in front a few months prior. I went to local shop where they check front brakes said they had a lot of life left and the rotors were also good. They said however they never inspected my rear drums because they needed to be heated to remove them so they didn't even bother to do it at napelton. My back brakes did need replacement. As for the fluids they were all ok and the shocks also were good. This dealer tells you to replace and service everything not covered by warranty over $2000 worth of work they said I needed. I do not recommend going here. More
