I was there waiting until 12:30am for financing. Being tired and ready to just get done. I didnt notice until I got home they raised the price of the vehicle $3000 from the internet price. And after calling for a week straight nobody ever called me, and when I went up there and spoke with someone, they didn’t seem shocked and never fixed the issue. Go somewhere else more reputable!!! More

I was confused as to which car to go with so I could tell other sales consultants at other dealers didn't even want to deal with me or even would hide when they saw me. When I arrived at Napleton, Jose immediately took care of me and even gave me his personal number and told me to call him whenever I needed a test drive or simply would shoot the breeze with me whenever he was not attending other customers. Typical terrible dealership No clue who would rate this dealer highly, my initial reach out was via their website on a Jeep Compass they had. The older body style and Pedro reached out and stated that they could not give their best price via email. No problem I let them know that I would only consider dealers willing to give numbers via email. Then Armi Matienzo reached out and gave me some more models that they had available and assured me that if I came in they could work on the price. So I figured why not, I drove up there on a Thursday night to talk numbers. This is where is all goes down hill, I get to the dealer and there's 2 salesman smoking right at the front door and when I get inside I wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone. Finally, some random salesman asks if anyone has helped me, obviously not so I let him know that I am looking for Armi. He says he's going to get her. Then a manager walks up Mario Gentry introduces himself and brings out some other guy to help. Avi if I am not mistaken. Mario then tells the sales guy to find the car so that I can test drive it, I tell him not interested don't need to test drive it I just want to talk numbers and if agreeable I would buy that night. His condescending remark was "what type of person buys a car without test driving it" , mind you I'm in sales and have a thick skin and know dealers so called "sales" tactics. So the guy walks off to try and find the car and is gone for about 10 minutes. The car is literally right on the showroom floor. He starts talking about the features of the car which I could care less since I already knew everything I needed to about it before I came in. We go to his desk and he grabs my info and goes to the sales manager room and comes back with the price of the car, same exact price listed on the website. I tell him the price I wanted to pay $1,000 under asking, not a huge amount since they had just reduced the car $1,000 the same day from their previous asking price. The hilarious part is when I look at the monthly payment it's literally $100 over what it should be, so I ask the sales guy what rate he is using because the payment is wrong. Even though I could care less since I have my loan with bank of America I would be using. But I knew as soon as I saw the wrong monthly payment that these guys were scam artists. The sales guy says oh he's using the prime rate of 2.99% lol, so apparently, they rely on people who do not know basic math. The monthly payment should have been at around $350 give or take at the price we were discussing. Their numbers stated $450 a month. As I proceed to leave the sales guy says let me check with my manager then goes and gets another sales manager. I tell the sales guy I'll give you 5 min and if you guys can get to the number great if not no worries I'll just go somewhere else. His "Sales Manager" comes out and yells loudly 5 minutes I'll save him 4 and tells me oh it's a numbers game and we can't get to your number so I say no problem and begin to walk away when he says but hey I may be calling you in a few days since it's the end of the month. These guys think it's still 20 years ago and they can use their sleazy might I say terrible sales tactics to sell someone. Don't waste your time and go to Wickstrom in Barrington I was in and out in less than 2 hrs for the car I ended up buying from them. More
