He listened and quickly identified the right car for me. I was blown away by his product knowledge and how well he knew the 2017 Pacifica. Although I was unable to purchase right away Paul and everyone at Napleton was very helpful making sure they answered any questions and not pushing too hard. I gave them my word and they gave me theirs that when the time was right we would strike a deal... and we did! My experience with everyone at Napleton was nothing but positive and I would strongly recommend working with Paul and the Napleton team on your next car purchase. More

Stay away from this dealership! The old "bait and switch" is alive and kicking at this dealership. No lie is too blatant - they will say absolutely anything you want to hear on the phone to get you in. I called to check on a price that looked like it was too good to be true the dealer advertised on Cars.com. The person I spoke with at night, assured me the vehicle is there and that everything is legit. I told her i'd come the next day. Because I live 45 minutes away I called the dealership before leaving home to make sure the vehicle was there and was told that it is and that everything is OK. Well, of course it wasn't. But guess what was? A similar 2017 model the dealer really wanted to get rid of. They had unbelievable stories and excuses why this happened. It really "wasn't their fault" and "they'd make me a really good deal on the other vehicle"... And the vehicle I was looking for? it's still advertised on Cars.com even though the dealer doesn't have this vehicle at all. Stay away from this place!! More
