Service Recall Scheduled a recall on my Jeep which is at least 6 so far in the past few years. I arrived for my appointment time and was told they don't have the pa Scheduled a recall on my Jeep which is at least 6 so far in the past few years. I arrived for my appointment time and was told they don't have the parts to fix the the problem. Why schedule a time for a recall fix if you don't have the parts; it is not hard to put the part aside for the scheduled customer recall? I was rudely informed that they don't have the part and was not approached in a professional manner just yelled at across the service entrance. No apology and request to set-up a new time to fix their recall issue. I called to have a discussion with the service manager and was informed that he would call me back in 5 minutes; well it is over 3 hours later and I have not had anyone call me back. The recalls are because of their issues and they choose to treat customers in a negative manner. I would have provided a zero star rating if that was an option. More

In a Bind Couple weeks ago, (11/4/17) we needed to get a car because our Old Gold camry gave up. 180K+ miles. So we hit our through Employee benefits hub. Because of my credit score which was fair, I was able to get a loan for a 2013 Chevy Sonic. The entire family was happy, not until Friday 11/17/11. My 1995 camry green, the engine also finally gave up. And again we hit Napleton again and with the same dealer. He and Armi helped us through and got ourselves a 2009 Dodge Journey. Despite the credit checks, we were sastified enough since our jobs involve driving around every weekday. Hit David and Armi up! They'll get you through! More
