I never have any doubt I will be well served by the vehicles I purchased, even though they are pre-driven. I had a mechanical issue recall (lifters) on my Chrysler 300S and Normal Rich saw to it that it went smoothly and with no problem or cost to me. Every time I visit the dealership, David Rich remembers me and greets me warmly. I feel important. I was introduced to GM Jody who was genuinely interested in my experience and that "his guys" had done everything I hoped for. It's super easy to find help in the dealership as they all wear neon colors. I drive from Elmwood Park for this level of customer service and attention to detail. More

This dealer is a ripoff Typical dealer that advertises a great price that does not exist when you are in the showroom. Had to go back and forth with sales manager Mario. After getting a price I was comfortable with, Mario tried to sneak in a $2500 "safety package" which is nothing more than 2 oil changes and wheel locks. I refused to pay this as should everyone else. Mario finally caved and said with a good online review of dealer he can remove this "safety package". I personally feel reviews are earned not bought. Later in the financing process, in comes the scam again. Bill the finance guy offers an extended warranty at an additional $20/month x 60 months. Simple math would make that warranty $1200 over the life of the loan. However Bill decided to help himself and charge me $2600 for this warranty he offered at $20/month. Upon reviewing and finding where I was ripped off, both sales managers (Mario and Ray) assured me I was mistaken and I was not ripped off. They offered to review the contract which I accepted and as expected I never heard back. When I returned into the dealer, Paul my salesman was the only person accessible but unfortunately not being a manager he has limited capabilities. Mario and Ray the managers simply hide behind the locked door and act too busy to address a problem with an unhappy customer. I asked Bill who financed the loan in the dealer and he told me he is not familiar with why it was $2600 and it must be on the sales end which he is not familiar with. I don't know how this dealership even runs if nobody is familiar with anything. Long story short, this place is a ripoff and I terminated the warranty contract. I will not even be returning for my free oil changes as I don't feel I can trust anyone at this dealer. Do yourself a favor and purchase a car elsewhere. This place is SCAM!!! More
