Upon entering Napleton, my father and I were greeted with a smile by Marcus. Marcus was very helpful, patient, and not the least bit pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly and honestly, that isn't a common trait amongst other salesmen. Marcus was more interested in putting me into the right car, rather than making a sale. He was always willing to go the extra mile to provide us with the utmost customer service. It is great to see a salesman so enthusiastic about the product that he even stayed past closing to show me how to use the features in my new car.
