Great Experience Through and Through My wife and I stopped into Napleton's because Ive participated in the Jeeps on the Run Toys for Tots charity event for years and decided to check out My wife and I stopped into Napleton's because Ive participated in the Jeeps on the Run Toys for Tots charity event for years and decided to check out the service when it came to purchasing a car. My wife was looking for a vehicle for work and was mainly interested in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our salesman, Jason, took us for a test drive in a 2019 limited which was nice. After giving us some quotes on both lease option and purchase we were thinking about our options. My wife did not really want to lease another vehicle for work because she nervous on miles and the price to purchase was a bit outside our budget. Jason then recommended going the used route to purchase and showed us a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland which he explained that was just taken in as a trade in over the weekend so it wasn't detailed but not to worry and offered a test drive in that. My wife like the car and once she was told the approximate monthly payment she fell in love. Jason then introduced us to Jeff who made the finance process a breeze. He gave us all our warranty options (which we chose one for piece of mind) and made sure to find us the best rate we could get. Jason then came back in and explained to us the car was going to get equipped with new tires and brake along with being completely looked over and detailed. We made sure to get everything done we could that day (Monday) so when we picked up the car Thursday we were in and out. Overall great experience start to finish! More
