Poor customer service, money hungry. I am 5 hours away. Promises were not kept and changed. Had issues with the vehicle since day 4 of owning it and was ignored with no response to emails I am 5 hours away. Promises were not kept and changed. Had issues with the vehicle since day 4 of owning it and was ignored with no response to emails or voicemails for days. (Both front tires are tilted inwards, Both front ball joints are ready to fall apart, both upper control arms have major cracks in them, driverside is about 1/8” wide, a bolt backed out of the axel housing causing axel fluid to drain out and there are now metal chunks inside the housing, has an oil cooler line leaking. I had two separate inspections done on the vehicle at two entirely different shops. Dealer only acknowledged the cheaper estimate. I was entirely disrespected by manager with childish acts. Poor communication for days, poor customer service. “Where the customer comes first” is not true at Napleton’s. I am now stuck with a $30k truck I cannot drive, warranty company states It should not have been driven off the lot in that condition because there is no way 800 miles would have done that much damage. I have owned the truck just over 3 weeks, and it has been parked for 1-1/2 weeks. I was ordered not to drive the vehicle because it is in dangerous condition. Manager tried pushing these issues as my fault stating “I don’t know what happened to the truck since you had it. For all I know you could have gone off-roading and you damaged the vehicle.” I also had to ask the manager to listen to what I had to say because he kept talking over me, as well as my sales person. Manager then spoke again and cut himself off by saying “oh wait, I’m not allowed to talk anymore. I will stop talking now, continue. I stated he did not need to be childish about this as i am trying to come to a solution. I have never been so disrespected by a company before. Mark Bisciotti was the only person to make some sort of effort in responding and finding solutions. He is a great person who cares about his customers compared to everyone else I had talked to. More
