Incompetent dealership We were out of state buyers. Don't buy if your out of state and finacing. My score is xxxx near perfect quote me at a 5.8% interest rate I don't think so buddy! I haven't been that high since my first used car purchase. Then I told them to only run my app through two places because I have great credit I know I'll be approved and what do the do buck shot me and hit at least 4 different banks and credit unions taking a huge hit on my xxxx near perfect credit. Thanks for nothing jerks! They also charge 2500 for a saftey package that you have to buy regardless of your out of state and will never use 3/4 of the services included with this package. Despite all of this due to limited availability of the vehicle my husband wanted we still purchased a vehicle and it was a train wreck all around. We dont know who our financing is through because it's not on our paper work which just seems shady. More

Petty children George the sales manager deserves zero stars. It’s starts with an unqualified sales representative who knew nothing about the truck, and spent the who George the sales manager deserves zero stars. It’s starts with an unqualified sales representative who knew nothing about the truck, and spent the whole test drive texting rather than being attentive to us. Negotiations were rough but we were ready to close on the deal. We asked George for the final bill to see all taxes and charges to see the final number we would be paying out the door. Instead, he sent the original sales representative that stopped working on the deal because of his lack of knowledge. He never came back with a final bill. Instead told us the truck had been sold. SOLD! During the time we were sitting in the chair waiting... Not only were they unprepared, they were petty and unprofessional. If you are going to call yourself a manager, be prepared to talk real business and handle it like a man. The best part that made us laugh was the skinny sales representative yelling at us out the door for expressing how petty and unprofessional they were. That sales representative was not even involved in the interaction. Just another child on their team. More
