My car was at the dealer for more than a week no one ever called me to let me know what was going on. When you call if you are lucky someone will answer the phone. However if someone answered they told you y called me to let me know what was going on. When you call if you are lucky someone will answer the phone. However if someone answered they told you your service specialist would need to call you back. The call never came. Then you had to start all over again. I asked for 2 tires to be replaced and 4 were replaced. No one ever asked if this was ok. Extra money I did not want to spend. I will try another Ford dealer the next time I need service. More
My car has been having power issues for about 2 months now, when I first brought my car in for service they replaced the starter and battery, but the issue was not resolved. I called them back and schedul now, when I first brought my car in for service they replaced the starter and battery, but the issue was not resolved. I called them back and scheduled another service appointment, replaced another part, the fees were waived this time which made me very happy since I didn't expect a second visit. Now, my car is still dead but my service technician is fully committed to fixing it and is making the process pretty stress-free considering how many problems my car throws at the both of us. More
In the beginning I was straight up lied to but then under the guidance of an actual manager the deal got done and done to what I thought was fair for both sides but yet again their was some shady stuff going the guidance of an actual manager the deal got done and done to what I thought was fair for both sides but yet again their was some shady stuff going on regarding our financing which we didn’t find out about until almost a month later so not much I can do about now but suck it up I guess. Wouldn’t recommend anybody ever do business with Hawk Ford of Oak Lawn. More
