I was not pleased at all The work was quoted extremely high. The customer service was poor. The staff was not professional or friendly. When I arrive got greted and was asked my concerns and told them Have some recall and need oil change. And the noise in the front suspension. Then a couple of hours later I gotta call that my car was done so I went and picked it up and went home did notice there was still a small noise coming out from the front of my car Even though the Tech said that there was no noise during test drive so the next day i was going to take the car to get it clean and notice that the tires were not rotated as indicated in the billing when the service was done this happens before and I let it go but I think this would be the last time I will have my vehicle service at hawk Ford . I believe the service was done too fast and this is why I am writing just my opinion and I am a mechanic by trade it is what it is thank you. More
