I was very disappointed that when I brought my car in, I was told by the service person that my car was still under warranty after she looked up my vehicle. Well a few days later I was told it was not under was told by the service person that my car was still under warranty after she looked up my vehicle. Well a few days later I was told it was not under warranty and the bill would be $4,680. When I said not to do the work, I then found out that my bill was $320 for them looking at the problem I stated I had. After paying the $320 I asked to speak with the service manager and he was not in his office after I waited 10 minutes for him. I just left feeling disappointed in the entire experience. More
