I called at 10am this morning and left a voice mail message. I have not received a call back.

And then to make matters worse, today I went out to top off the washer fluid on the car and I found oil sprayed all over the engine compartment. When I had the oil changed at Hawk Ford on January 10, 2022 they did not put the oil cap back on. I found the oil cap laying on the engine.
