This was my first visit to Hawk Ford's service department. Overall, it was a good experience. Amber kept me aware of the progress and timing. The waiting area is well appointed and welcoming. I am not giving five stars because I made the appointment for two recalls, only one was mentioned as completed. I will have to call for an explanation. I can only assume the 10k mile service was completed, because there was no supporting documentation to tell me exactly what was done. I had to ask the Cashier to apply my Ford Pass points to the total due. When I got on my vehicle there was mud splashed on my windshield and the Oil life monitor was still on display. I had to figure out how to make it go back to my normal display preference. Oil change reminder falling off the window; no seat or floor protectors used. It was a messy weather day so the sloppiness was easily noticeable. These are things that were done routinely at my previous dealership service center. I want to be able to give five stars when I got back for the forgotten second recall. More
