Will no longer patronize this dealership because of my last experience. Vehicle was getting extensive body work that was being handled by other party's insurance. After six weeks and lack of communication last experience. Vehicle was getting extensive body work that was being handled by other party's insurance. After six weeks and lack of communications from shop personnel, was informed by insurance claims adjuster that vehicle was completed and our rental vehicle had to be returned same day. Needless to say, we scrambled to get there to get the vehicle back. After we thought we settled with the cashier and stood outside waiting fifteen minutes for the car to be brought up, a different cashier comes up to us to state that we couldnt take our car because they made a mistake in acceptance of the insurance company checks. Granted, their cashiers should be trained to prevent this type of awkward scene, for us as well as them. Instead we haggled over the process and eventually the service manager. JAMES, was brought into the conversation. He made my husband and i feel as if we were trying to swindle him out of proper payment for the repair. After i stated that i was unhappy about this and would provide a bad review, he proclImed that we were trying to extort him. Huh? That was it. We were done. When we returned, had to tell them to remove the 8" of snow from the car from when it been left outside and overnight (repairs were done day previous and were only told the next day). Hows that for communicatio. After snow was cleared, had to go back again to tell them to remove all of the wax crayon markings that covered most of the right side of the windshield (poor work by the porters who should have noticed that when they brought the car out). That to me is a reflection of the poor leadership of this service team. This is the third time that ive had my vehicle brought to the body shop. Last time we had to take the vehicle back after incomplete repairs. My husband told me not to take it back again, but i shouldve listened. After my poor treatment, NEVER stepping back to this dealership for an oil change. Let alone anything else. Lost a customer for life. Its been several weeks and i waited this long so that i didnt post from pure emotion. More
