They turned me away on Tuesday. Saying I didn’t have an appointment, yet your website says no appt needed. There was only one person waiting. Came back on weds. And no one there. Started with rep telling me i had to get it towed on my own and i paid out of pocket which was wrong info. They had my vehicle over a week with very little communication. After finally getting a hold of so own and i paid out of pocket which was wrong info. They had my vehicle over a week with very little communication. After finally getting a hold of someone with any good information i was told they can’t work on it and i would need to find a dealership that is certified to work on a Shelby. I was given no assistance to locate a dealership that was certified or with having it towed to the other dealership. Not happy with them at all. More

The man in service (I think his name was paul) was extreme disrespectful and condescending. He was dismissive and rude. Over talked me on two separate occasions.
