Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience at Hawk Ford. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we're very sorry you were unhappy with your experience. I can assure you there was nothing but respect for you and your vehicle sir. You had your Expedition towed into our Service department because the anti-theft was not allowing it to start. We replaced the part that was failed and the vehicle started. We had never worked on your vehicle before nor were we made aware of any pre-existing condition that your vehicle had. We showed you the codes that were set. You stated that you were going to bring it back to the place that did the transmission. We do the work that is authorized, nothing more, nothing less. We take pride in the work we do. We are respectful to each and every customer who comes in our door. As far as you calling me for a refund, your voicemail was so long that it cut you off 2 times and I never got that request or a return phone number. The fact that you said you came to the "stealer ship" is quite disrespectful in itself. Please feel free to contact me if you are in need of anything else sir. Jamie You were rude to me and treated me like garbage and Rich was witnessing that, you even asked me to leave the dealership when I asked to file an official complaint and you told me that you are the one who is running the show and the bucket stopped there. you can go back to the camera and check our conversation. I asked you multiple times when we were by my car to stop mocking me and making fun of anything I said and throwing stupid comments about the car. You assumed because it was a 2004 car then it is a piece of crap car despite the fact that it has only 72K miles on it and that I rebuilt the transmission a couple of years ago. The car had no codes and it was driving perfectly before the anti-left locked. I asked you to look at the history of the car when you first scanned it but you said the data were lost. I even offered to bring you videos from the cameras on the street to prove to you the car was drivable just before the incident but you kept insisting it was my car The diagnostics that you did for $164 were wrong and it was a guessing job more than a professional job. You insisted on charging me for it despite the fact it didn't help me out and it could've cost me an extra $3000 had I took the car to the trans shop. You claimed that you worked on thousands of cars and you had assumed it was a trans issue and asked me to return back to you and apologize if it was a trans issue but little did you know, you were wrong. I left you two messages and they were clear and you could've got my number from the papers or from Rich but your pride prevented you from admitting you were wrong and apologize for me and refund me the money for the wrong diagnostics. I know you just work there and this is not your dealership but your actions brought the name stealership to the place and maybe the owners of the place can take a notice of that if they need customers to return back to that place. PS. I sent a video today to Rich to show him evidence that the car worked fine with no codes but just pushing a fuse back to its place, maybe you will believe me this time.
