Took unfair advantage of my situation and drastically overcharged for a "temporary " repair. Invoice incomplete, showing no detailed information about how you calculated the total. No safety inspection was performed and vehicle was returned with a dead battery. Technician "Peter" has poor people skills (as in none) resulting in rude behavior. It was 45 minutes after payment before vehicle was brought up by the porter. In general, a bad situation made worse by uncaring employees who are in need of additional training related to empathy. After 30 plus years in your industry I feel qualified to give your operation a totally failing rating. Hire a consultant to humanize your operation, the dividends will far outweigh the costs. More
