I took a chance & called the Quick Service Group to find out what’s involved with changing the cabin air filter. It doesn’t take much time to get it done but you might have to wait about 1/2 hour. I told the man (name?) at the counter I could use an oil change too, but I’ll come back another day. It turned out some customers were late for their Appointment. I was very satisfied with the service I got on the rotating of my tires!!! The only problem I had was that I called the day before 3 or 4 times and the phone rang over and over and when they answered rotating of my tires!!! The only problem I had was that I called the day before 3 or 4 times and the phone rang over and over and when they answered I got put on hold and when they did answer I left a message to call me back and I waited all day On Friday and no call back ! as son Saturday I called back and they said to bring it in and I got my tires rotated with no problem at all so then I was satisfied!!!
