My husband's truck lease was about to expire. He saw a F150 King Ranch while out driving one day and fell in love with the truck. He investigated all the rebates from Ford (rebates were alot more than we thought). John told us the process to return the lease and answered all our questions about the new truck. We were living in Michigan at the time and appreciated all the time and effort John went thru even though we were not in his immediate area. When we picked up my husband's new truck we were treated so well. John and the rest of the staff were so pleasant to deal with. I truly felt John valued us as a customer. The professional treatment we received with the F150 was the reason we called John again when my husband wanted to find a Mustang Bullitt. I asked John if he could find one for us to look at and he said "I'm looking at one on my showroom floor." That call was the day before Christmas and we arrived a Hawk Ford at 10AM the day after Christmas and bought the car. John is the only salesman we will buy from. He is honest and trustworthy.
