My experience was ok. I don't feel enough time was spent explaining the features of the vehicle I purchased, i.e., not shown if or where the spare tire was, inquired about the "red button" on my key. I also inquired about the 0% + $1000.00 that I happended to see on television, and he explained to me that you get one or the other. I even saw the commercial again yesterday and it clealry stated that a customer gets both. In addition, the car was not cleaned well, and I only had a fourth of tank of gasoline. He was very friendly, but at times I felt somewhat hurried after I made the decision to purchase the car. The finanace person "Joe" was very patient, and he didn't mind explaining things to me if I didn't understand. More
