Terrible experience. Had my car for a month and a half. Poor communication about what was happening with my car. My car wasn’t liable in my accident yet it’s going to cost me almost $400 because I had to k Poor communication about what was happening with my car. Service took an hour to find my car when I finally came to pick up my car, must have forgotten I was there. I don’t know what’s going on at this place but I’ve paid a lot of money in two car accidents to them and they treated me like garbage. I won’t be coming back and I’ll make sure this experience gets heard by everyone. I was also thinking of buying a ford car not going to happen after this one. More

I was also very impressed with the work done by your mechanic Len, and I appreciated the fact that it was done so quickly so I was not without a vehicle for a long length of time. Service department did great job on my recall. Was quick drop off and pick up with no extra charges. Only place I had to wait was at cashier.
