Very good experience I came to hawk ford twice because my navigation system wasn’t working right. When I arrived the first day the technician checked it and sai I came to hawk ford twice because my navigation system wasn’t working right. When I arrived the first day the technician checked it and said I needed a new computer and it would take about a week. I called 9 days later and I was told it was in stock. Decently well. Went here for an oil change. End up getting the works package. Turns out I needed not just and oil change but an air filter and a battery. Hadn't been Went here for an oil change. Everything went well, except for the service representative miss quoting the price of my battery she said $59.99. When I got to the counter the price was $159.99. Well the battery was already in the car so I had no choice but to pay. Overall very nice service. More
