Untrustworthy I previously paid for services and I did not receive what I paid for. I was told when I returned for service the fees would be waived and all of the I previously paid for services and I did not receive what I paid for. I was told when I returned for service the fees would be waived and all of the information would be in the system under my account, name, etc. When I went in for service, I was once again given the run around until I had to find the email and insist that the service manager go find the person who contacted me. This service manager just did not want to do what was being asked of her until I asked her why in front of her coworker, who said it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, in my opinion because I had to go through all of this, in my opinion it was/is a problem which as always is a negative reflection on the horrible service I have received from Hawk Ford. The only reason I go there is becasue I purchased the vehicale from there and it is convenient but this will have to change, these people are awful. More
Everyone showed Great Customer Service. Omg, our car was on its last legs. My sister who just bought a car from Hawk's Ford recently gave us the number and to talk to YAZ which we did.
