Third time in for the same issue, made it seem like it was my issue but it was a defective part. This was a brand new car , Service people were indifferent . I took my car here because I was told to come by auto trader to sell my car. My auto trader offer wasn't looked at or considered. Everything that's wrong with the vehicle was put in the appraisal by aut trader to sell my car. My auto trader offer wasn't looked at or considered. Everything that's wrong with the vehicle was put in the appraisal by auto trader, and I was still offered $1200 by auto trader. My car was inspected on the outside only and was given an appraisal of $100. When asked for an explanation, I was lied to stating that I had a engine light on and engine problems. Which was not what a certified mechanic told me. I was rudely dismissed and will NEVER do business here again. And to think I was considering changing my new car and getting a Ford from here. More

I brought my existing Ford into the dealer for an oil change/transmission service. Not wanting to sit in the waiting room, I wandered around the new car lot outside. Tony noticed me walking past the same car multiple times and commented that I should take that shiny Mustang out for a test drive. No way! I'd take it home then! Ha! I did test drive a much more reasonable car for my needs (Escape) and fell in love with the car. Must of been the new car scent getting to me. =) Tony and I actually had a few laughs during the test drives and he patiently brought out other cars tucked in the far corner of the lot that I wanted to drive. He put my fears of financing and starting over with car payments to rest---I ended up leaving my old car there and took home the shiny new Escape. I'm very happy with how my whole day went---even if I only meant to get an oil change that day. Go see Tony Martinez if you go- he listened patiently to my concerns and made the car buying experience easy. Someday I'll be back....and I'm getting that Mustang for sure! More
