Great Service Hawk Team! In the last three weeks I had taken all of our 3 Ford cars in for service. I was happy with my visit each time. I've been looking for a new car for a while, did a lot of research, and went in to a few dealerships. I had pretty cruddy experiences at other places. From the moment I entered Hawk Ford, I was greeted with smiles and genuine care. I completely recommend working with Tony Martinez. We were able to agree on a very reasonable price, he had someone drive the car down and give me a full tank of gas, cleaned the car up, showed me some cool features, took a photo of me with the car, and was just so sweet. My family has bought numerous cars over the last 20 years and this was my first car (but went in to watch the process with my father before). This was by far the BEST car buying experience anyone in my family has ever had. Tony and Hawk Ford in general were very helpful and I highly recommend everyone go work with them! More

The deal included a $70 instant rebate Called Tom on 10/17 to check if Hawk's tire price match coupon will be applicable to my Costco, Michelin deal. The deal included a $70 instant rebate - was a very excellent out the door price. The benefit for me going the Hawk way - get brakes, coolant flush and oil all done at same time as tires. I broke down all Costco fees, instant rebate and out the door price for Tom who took my number. Half hour later, Tom called back and said they would match and bring in the Costco quote. Came in on 10/20 to get the work done. Eddie looks at quote, disappears- comes back almost 10 minutes later and says they will not match the instant rebate from Costco. Eddie did offer some kind of mail in rebate instead. Told Eddie and Tom that my mother bought the car from them and service regularly done by Hawk. Also reminded I called earlier that day and spoke to EDDIE to confirm work and pricing before coming in. Called Service Manager and reported what happened. Service Manager said sorry, offered no willingness to resolve. Bate and switch is what we got - we had the tires done at Costco. More
TEST DRIVE ABOUT A MONTH AGO I WAS READY TO START LOOKING FOR A NEW FOR BUT WAS NOT SURE IF I WANTED A NEW EXPLORER, OR A NEW F 150 TRUCK ,SINCE I HAD NOT DRIVEN ABOUT A MONTH AGO I WAS READY TO START LOOKING FOR A NEW FOR BUT WAS NOT SURE IF I WANTED A NEW EXPLORER, OR A NEW F 150 TRUCK ,SINCE I HAD NOT DRIVEN EITHER ONE OF THEM.. I WENT BACK LOOKING AT HAWK FORD RAN INTO A GREAT SALESMAN ANTHONY LAPORTA. WE STARTED TALKING I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY TILL JAN. OR FEB. THIS WAS SEPT. 3RD. BACK AND FORTH I WENT LOOKING AT BOTH VEHICLES ,I TOLD HIM I WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE ONE FOR A FEW HRS. HE SAID OK HE WOULD HAVE TO ASK THE MANAGER JOHN WEAVER A REAL CLASS ACT LOL NOT..... SO I SET UP THE TEST DRIVE A WEEK LATER IT WAS ANTHONYS DAY OFF BUT HE SAID HE HAD TO COME IN ANY WAY TO DEL. A CAR. WHEN I GOT THERE TRUCK WAS WAITING FOR ME GREAT GREATING .. AND THE THE BIG SQEEZE STARTING FROM THE MANAGER WEAVER . ASKING WHY CAN"T I BUY IT NOW WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT ... AND SO ON . SO I LEFT WITH THE TRUCK CAME BACK A FEW OR MORE HRS. LATER AND TOLD ANTHONY I DIDN"T LIKE THE RIDE OF THE 150 TRUCK . AND I WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE THE EXPLORER AND HERE COMES THE MANAGER JOHN WEAVER AS IM READY TO LEAVE .. HEY WHERE YOU GOING , WELL WHAT DID YOU THINK , ARE YOU GOING TO BUY IT YOU HAD IT ALL DAY WHATS THE VERDICT, AND THEN IT GOT EVAN WORSE .. AND IF YOU REMEMBER I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY IT TILL JAN. OR FEB. ................. HE STARTED TO TRY AND BULLY ME AND INTIMIDATE ME AND YELLING AT ME FOR HAVING HIS CAR ALL DAY . UNREAL SERVICE I made an Appt for my Mothers car that was having issues. I called before hand to schedule the Appt and ask them if in fact the part is covered since I made an Appt for my Mothers car that was having issues. I called before hand to schedule the Appt and ask them if in fact the part is covered since she has the Ford Premium care and they said yes it is, she shows up for the Appt only for them to tell her IT IS NOT. Her car is a 2007 with only 44,000 miles driven by an older lady ( My Mom). Didn't offer any help at all and this isn't the first time we had an issue with this dealer. I wish I could leave 0 stars if possible. Terrible!!!!!!! More
