My experience with Eduardo Rodriguez was nothing but outstanding and professional. He treated everyone that came in that morning the same way and seemed to know some of his customers very well. I have been to some of the Ford Dealerships in Naperville IL, Orlando FL, Las Vegas NV, and Southern CA and this has been the most rewarding experience that I have had with a Ford dealership. Being a Fleet Maintenance Manager for a very large corporation I would use Mr. Rodriquez as a traniner (example) for customer service relationships and service management. (Not that I really know this guy from being around him only a few hours) but as a customer he treated me the way I would expect and want to be treated when I go somewhere for service. For those with bad experiences, try and go there when he is there and see if it would change your mind. More

Buyer Beware I bought a used 2011 Ford Escape from Hawk Ford with 6,000 miles on it back in July of 2014. I noticed rust on the rear quarter panels and call them I bought a used 2011 Ford Escape from Hawk Ford with 6,000 miles on it back in July of 2014. I noticed rust on the rear quarter panels and call them about it. They checked with Ford and Ford covered 600 of the 800 dollar repair job. Only our months later the rust is coming through the paint on both quarter panels. I was told the repair job was "guaranteed" for life when I picked it up. I would have been ok with it if it last several years, but four months! I called Hawk Ford and was told the paint was guaranteed not the rust. So Ford is out $600, I am out $200 plus car rental fees, while Hawk Ford collected $800. They were kind enough to tell me the problem is in a poor design on the quarter panel. Why couldn't they have told me the repair was a waste of time and money when I brought it in? More
