Oustanding Service I brought my 2012 Escape in for air conditioning service. Tommy Mackey was the Service Manager. He was a total professional. I was really dreading I brought my 2012 Escape in for air conditioning service. Tommy Mackey was the Service Manager. He was a total professional. I was really dreading going in because I had a ton of errands to get to. I got there when they opened and after checking in, he offered me a courtesy car. I accepted, got my errands done and when I returned, my repaired and washed car was waiting for me. I can't say enough about Tommy and how much I appreciated his diligence and follow through.
